Welcome
Winnie Hiller has been teaching professional actors and singers for almost 30 years. She ran a busy private acting school in New York City for 10 years, coaching professional actors of all ages. In 1990 she moved to Los Angeles where she continued to teach acting and voice. Ms. Hiller now specializes in coaching young professional actors in the Hollywood film and television industry. She prepares them for auditions and coaches them as they work on set.
With a Masters degree in opera performance, Winnie is also a skilled and perceptive vocal coach, with students in the recording industry in all genres, including, musical theater, pop, rock and hip hop. She also enjoys introducing beginners to acting and singing, gently helping them to discover and develop their talents. She is never overly critical or demanding, but always encourages her students to be the best that they can be.
Winnie is recommended by many Hollywood agents and casting directors. If a talented student does not have representation, she can often help to make an introduction, as long as they are ready to make a great first impression. Though the majority of her students are between the ages of 5 and 20 years old, she teaches students of all ages.

NEW MUSICAL THEATER COMPANY PREPARES A HILARIOUS NEW MUSICAL
Winnie's weekly musical theater class in L.A. has become a new Musical Theater Company. They are now beginning rehearsals for an original show set in (believe it or not) a psychiatric hospital! Think "One Flew Over A Cuckoo's Nest" meets "Moulin Rouge". It's funny and tragic and everything in between.
